Unique chance to meet the masters behind interpersonal Skills LAB:
Gareth Lock (passionate trainer with profound background in Human Factors in high-risk industries, system safety, instruction and and improving diving safety) and Alexander Stork (the conceptual brain behind interpersonal Skills LAB, simulation pioneer and inventor) will facilitate two subsequent one day High-velocity Learning LAB sessions.

Both sessions are independent of each other and do not build on each other. Therefore, you can attend only day 1 or only day 2 or both days.

Organisation and Team Development –
Destroying your permafrost layer!
Based on the add-on module Discovery of Nexus.

• Understand how leadership works across different hierarchical levels
• While under pressure, keep up the information flow and awareness of status of your teams/resources
• Efficiently analyse your problem (e.g. as a project manager, as a crisis team,…)
