The SAGSAGA conference provides a platform for the exchange of ideas, research results and experiences in the field of serious games and business games and their role in the future of our world of work.

On the first day (Friday), NINECUBES will be showing something that only very few people have seen before: The latest version of «Discovery of Nexus»

We will play «Discovery of Nexus» – the new add-on module of interpersonal Skills LAB – and then reflect on the game mechanism and possible use cases such as: Leaderdship Training for the Generation New Work.

The computer simulation «DoN» makes leadership tangible. It models 3 different levels of leadership. A colonisation of a planet serves as a metaphor. The overall task can only be solved if Mission Control (the strategic management) and the individual team leaders with their teams work together according to all the rules of the art of leadership.

The simulation is implemented in trainings for target groups like:
– Managers at all levels in companies
– Staff or operational command
– Crisis units / crisis managers
