On the way to becoming a manager, Coop employees undergo a training programme consisting of several modules. This includes important topics such as communication, team leadership, self-management, dealing with criticism and conflicts as well as determining a personal behaviour profile.

In the last training module, interpersonal Skills LAB is used to experience the importance of the previously learned topics and the impact of the personality traits in a very insightful way.
