What is Interpersonal Skills LAB?
BEHAVIORAL TRAINING IN SPACE
The training participants embark on an exciting mission into space. Suddenly, the (virtual) spaceship is damaged. The crew is now challenged by conditions they know from professional life: time pressure, distributed knowledge, dynamics and much more. With this fictitious scenario, it is possible to bypass technical aspects and focus entirely on behavior. The participants develop individual behavioral responses under realistic conditions and can implement these easily in everyday life.
